Online it seemed like so much in common, but here it just won't work - he's got a wife or she's got a husband, and actually, he/she doesn't even like activities, just sitting by the TV with a beer and chips - another waste of time and that's why you delete yourself from that stupid Tinder. Until once again, after some time, this app boomerangs back into your phone giving it yet another chance - you fill out the profile, expand the radius to catch some fresh meat, upload better pictures and the vicious cycle is back. You're back on Tinder, only to delete yourself after countless dates and start all over again.
So we have an offer for active single hearts to meet each other on an active hike in nature. We will be single guys and single girls in the age range from 20 to 35 years, spending the day hiking in nature. Even if you do not find your other half at this event, you will still have spent an active day off with cool people and made new friends.
Girls and guys arrive at our agreed place and time. Those who planned to drive together have already had time to get to know each other in the car. Those who came alone are still a bit unsure, rubbing their hands, even though the spying task in the event WhatsApp group was already done before. Everyone is here, so we do a small, fast mini intro to make things less awkward. The group leader gives a short but useful briefing, and then we start the hike. For some, the chat flows really well and it is super interesting, with a full-face smile. For others, it can get stuck, and then our help is needed, because we are not going to talk about the weather.
Somewhere in the middle, at the end, or at a secret time, we also have a picnic break. Then we are back at our starting point - the official part of the Adventure is over.

Getting there:
Garezeri are three connected lakes between Carnikava and Saulkrasti. Between them and the sea stretches a dune ridge, covered by old pine forest. As the route goes along both Garezeri and the sea, you can discover both the lakes and the coastal landscape in one hike. And also the Gauja River mouth.
The route leads to Velnala, Mazā Velnala and the Velnala cliffs, and also along Piķene Bluff. On the way, there are several viewpoints, also with a view of Velnala. We hope that by this time the first layer of snow may already have fallen, with winter views all around.
1 / 9The leader of this Adventure group and your fellow Adventure creator, Raimonds, will be joining you. This means you'll have a hand to hold when climbing a mountain, a shoulder to lean on before a scarier activity, or a buddy to hit up local parties with. Those who've been on an Adventure with him before know you'll go where you probably shouldn't go, do what you probably shouldn't do, and it'll be great - it'll be ADVENTURES.
This Adventure is meant for people who are free from relationships. If you're in a relationship and looking for a lover, you won't be able to participate in this Adventure, so keep walking. Just like this Adventure is only for those who fit within our specified age limits. If you're outside of them, there might be a similar event for your age range.
This Adventure isn't for comfort lovers or those who can't step out of their comfort zone. Just a heads up, so you don't end up telling all sorts of nonsense later. This isn't a holiday for sleeping in; it's a holiday for having fun and a great time.

First, you need to dress for the weather. Dressing for the weather means checking the forecast one day before the hike and preparing your clothes for it. If it rains, take clothes that protect you from rain. If the sun is shining, dress so you are not too hot. If it is cold, dress so you stay warm, and so on. Next, make sure you are comfortable. Shoes are a very important part of a hike. Proper hiking shoes will be more comfortable, but that does not mean you must run to the shop and buy them now. You can wear sports shoes that you do not mind getting dirty. A non-slip sole is very important. Indoor sports shoes will not work. In winter, pay the most attention to gloves and shoes, because being cold on a hike is really not fun. During the hike, we will have picnic breaks on the way. There will be one or more, depending on the walk. During the break, everyone will eat the food and snacks they brought with them. For drinks, take some coffee or tea in a thermos and water. If the weather allows it and nothing unexpected happens, we plan to make a campfire during the hike. So also take something you can cook on the fire.
Getting to the Adventure start is with your own private transport. If you don't have your own private transport, it's possible to team up and go with other participants of this event. Before the Adventure, we'll try to organize and help so those who drive with their own transport can pick up those who don't, as this way it's possible to share fuel costs (win-win). If this option doesn't suit you, it's possible to go by public transport.
You can sign up for the trip on our website by clicking the "SIGN UP" button and filling out the application form located under the Adventure description. Since there are many interested, but not all are actual travelers, an advance payment is required to confirm participation in the Adventure. The amount of the advance payment depends on the specific Adventure. By paying this advance, your spot in the Adventure is confirmed. If you cancel your participation in the Adventure, the advance payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to confirm participation in another trip.
After signing up, note and reserve these dates for yourself, and slowly start preparing. A few days before the Adventure start date, usually at the beginning of that week, but no later than 4-5 days before, you'll receive an informational email with the meeting time and other important "what / where / when" info regarding the Adventure.
You can think about it as long as there are spots available. After that, you can keep thinking, but there won't be any spots left on the trip.
The trip's vibe and awesomeness largely depend on the travelers themselves, so if you like to stir up trouble or "mess with the minds" of the organizers and other trip participants, then this trip isn't for you. We've had a couple of grumpy ladies before who annoyed everyone, so if you can't control your mood – DON'T COME! The group leader is ALWAYS right (even if they're not), so if you've decided to join, you'll have to listen to them.

We get A LOT of sign-ups, but not everyone really joins. So the place is confirmed and reserved only after the deposit is paid.

The participation fee for this fantastic mini Adventure is 35 EUR, which is the same as a couple of coffees at a gas station. The price includes everything described below. The number of spots on the trip is VERY limited, so don't wait until the last minute to sign up 😉
