1. Who we are

2. What data we process and why
Booking data — first name, last name, email, phone, number of participants, and the chosen adventure. We use this to create and handle your booking request (contract fulfilment), and to send confirmations and reminders.
Payment information — amount, payment method, and status. Card or internet bank data is processed by the bank or payment service provider; we do not see it and do not store it.
Gift card data — buyer and receiver information needed to create and use the gift card.
Contact data — if you write to us by email, chat, or WhatsApp, we process your message and contact details so we can reply.
Visit data (statistics and security) — IP address, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type, visited pages, and visit time. We process this data based on our legitimate interest to improve the website and protect its content from misuse. We store it for no longer than 90 days.
Identity verification — if the website is opened an unusually high number of times from one device, for security reasons we may ask you to verify your identity. You can do this in two ways: (a) by confirming your email address with a code we send to it — in this case we store your email address; or (b) by logging in with Facebook — in this case we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook, only if you agree to this when logging in.
3. Cookies
The website uses first-party cookies — necessary cookies (for example, for the session and booking cart to work) and statistics cookies (to count visits and identify the visit source; storage period up to 1 year).
With your consent, we also use third-party tools that have their own cookies and privacy rules: Google Analytics (visit analysis), Meta Pixel (ad performance), Hotjar (usability analysis), and tawk.to (chat window). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed for the website to work: the hosting provider, payment processors, email service providers, and the analytics tools mentioned above. We never sell your data and never give it to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we store data
Booking and payment data — as long as accounting rules require (up to 5 years). Visit statistics — up to 90 days. Communication — up to 2 years after the last message.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. If you think your data is being processed incorrectly, you can submit a complaint to the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
7. Data deletion
To request deletion of your data (including data received when logging in with Facebook), write to [email protected] from the email address you used for communication or booking. We will delete the data within 30 days, except for what laws require us to keep (for example, accounting documents).
8. Changes to this policy
If we make major changes to this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
